Rooms are available at the MAD-ID group rate until April 5, 2010 (or sooner if room block is filled prior to that date). After April 5th, rooms are subject to the prevailing rate and availability at the hotel. Please book your room early to secure your reservation. AIR TRAVEL MAD-ID Annual Meeting attendees are responsible for their own airfare and ground travel arrangements. GROUND TRANSPORTATION The Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa is located just 17 miles from the Orlando Airport. Shuttle service can be arranged through Mears Transportation for a special roundtrip rate of $29.00 per person. The approximate wait time for a shuttle is 30 minutes.
