GENERAL INFORMATION MAD-ID is a non-profit foundation, incorporated in South Carolina, which provides continuing professional education in the area of infectious diseases pharmacotherapy. In addition to its annual meeting, which takes place in May of each year, MAD-ID has provided regional programming related to specific topics and are offering an Antimicrobial Stewardship Training Program. It is now possible to become a member of MAD-ID. Members are entitled to a discount of $40.00 on their registration fees at the annual meeting, and will receive two continuing education newsletters yearly dealing with timely infectious diseases pharmacotherapy topics written by recognized experts in the field. Yearly membership dues are $40 (USD) for practitioners; and are free for students, residents and fellows. |
