MAD-ID, Inc. will provide refunds of registration fees with written notice of cancellation by April 6, 2010 (30 days prior to meeting), less a $40 administration fee. After April 6, 2010, registration fees are non-refundable.

ID Resident/Fellow Program

Residents and fellows will continue to enjoy a discounted registration fee to attend the MAD-ID Annual Program. In addition, we are ready and willing to assist in arranging for shared lodging for those who would like to economize in this way.
